1. Easy Returns

• 30-day free returns: Changed your mind? Return within 30 days for a full refund (including original shipping if order was over £60).

• How to return:
  a) Log into your account to start the process
  b) Pack items securely (original packaging preferred)
  c) Attach the free return label (provided via email)
  d) Drop at any PostNL/Pickup point

2. Refund Process

• Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

• Method: Refunded to your original payment method (or store credit for 365-day returns)

• Exceptions:

  • Custom/sale items marked "non-returnable"

  • Used/damaged items may receive partial refund

3. Faulty Items?

Contact us within 30 days for:

• Free return & full refund

• Replacement (if available)

• Repair service (for eligible products)
